- Geographic Restrictions: Telehealth services are subject to state regulations. You may only request medical evaluations and treatment if you are physically located in a state where our clinical team is licensed to practice at the time of your consult.
- Not for Emergencies: Men’s Health Co. does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2. Telehealth & Clinical Services
- Clinical Independent Judgment: All medical evaluations, diagnoses, and prescriptions are determined solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals partnering with Men’s Health Co. Our company does not influence the clinical judgment of your provider.
- Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding your health history, medical conditions, and current medications. Failure to do so may result in improper treatment, termination of your care, or account suspension.
- Prescriptions: The clinical team will only issue a prescription if it is medically appropriate based on your evaluation and lab work. Payment for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be written.
3. User Accounts & Security
- Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our platform, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, & Refunds
- Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees, recurring subscription costs, and charges associated with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
- Automatic Renewal: If you sign up for a subscription treatment plan, your account will be billed automatically at the specified intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly) until you cancel.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your portal or contacting customer service. Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Number, e.g., 5] days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
- Refunds: Due to the medical nature of prescribed treatments, once a prescription has been filled and shipped by our pharmacy partner, it cannot be returned or refunded under federal and state law.
